Dear Applicant,
Please note that if you submitted your application to the job opening announced by thyssenkrupp Components Technology Hungary Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: 1113 Budapest, Daróczi út 1-3; company registry number: Cg. 01-09-887088; registered by the Registry Court of the Budapest Court of Justice; referred to henceforth as Data Controller), the Data Controller shall process the personal data you have provided in compliance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information, as per your voluntary consent, which you granted by submitting the application. The Data Controller shall solely process the data you provided and will not gather any data about you from any other sources.
The purpose of data processing is to create a database comprised of CVs and employee applications, and to process the data of applicants featured in the database at the Data Controller’s site or that of any of its affiliated undertakings, with the aim of establishing employment and liaison. The Data Controller shall process the personal data you voluntarily provided to the Data Controller until your consent is revoked or until the expiry of the purpose of data processing.
Please be informed that by sending a letter to the Data Controller’s registered office, or by sending an email to the career.hun@thyssenkrupp.com email address, you are entitled at any time to
(i) revoke your consent;
(ii) limit your consent to certain details and/or data processing operations;
(iii) object to the processing of your personal data in the cases specified in the Privacy Act;
(iv) request information about the processing of your personal data;
(v) request the correction, modification, as well as – with the exception of data processing set out in the legal regulation – the deletion, blocking of your data;
(vi) turn to the Courts in case your rights are violated; and
(vii) demand compensation for any damage caused to you by the unlawful processing of your data or the violation of technical privacy requirements.
Data transfer
With the exception of data transfer for data processing purposes, as well as with the exception of data transfer allowed or compulsorily stipulated by legal regulations, the Data Controller shall only forward your personal data to third parties with your explicit and prior consent. In the absence of such consent, the data may not be disclosed or made available to anyone else besides the Data Controller’s employees and/or data processors.
The Data Controller will process data recorded about you in a computerised database that is searchable with various search parameters, and it may contact you from time to time for the purpose of ensuring that the data processed in the database are up to date, or in connection with job openings.
The data processing performed by the Data Controller shall fully comply with the provisions of legal regulations in effect at the time of the processing, as well as with other special privacy-related legislative provisions.
