Depending on your position you might be offered short- or long-term work opportunities abroad. In addition, we are directly connected to other development centres and the biggest automotive factories.

Internship opportunity
Since its establishment, thyssenkrupp Components Technology Hungary Kft. has been paying particular attention to university students. Obviously, given that our own history began with three PhD students in a laboratory of Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Even some of our employees, managers, and department directors began working for us as students. We still take part in the life of the university by employing professors that give lectures or hold presentations at the university; our current course, in cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, covers the topic of AUTOSAR (More details here).
We are in close partnership with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (e.g. cooperation contracts, visiting regularly its events, supporting the Formula Student project) and Óbuda University in the field of higher education. Additionally, we also regularly take part in university job fairs and conferences (e.g., Simonyi Conference), and organise a professional open day once per year, where students have an opportunity to see what we do and how developments are carried out in our competence centre.
In order to share our knowledge and experience with the engineers of the future, our company offers the following options for students:
- student job and summer apprenticeship (with professional tasks)
- individual laboratory work and project
- thesis and dissertation planning (topics will be announced through the universities)
